Where you'd sit

Six teams, one departure date.

Nothing here works in isolation. Sales makes the promise, reservations prices it, operations delivers it on the ground in Makkah, and accounts closes it out. Pick the part you're built for.

Sales

Owns the agent network and direct enquiries. Targets, relationships, and knowing which package actually suits the family in front of you.

Reservations

Builds and prices packages against live hotel and seat inventory, holds room blocks, and issues confirmations and vouchers.

Operations

Visas, documentation, transport, ground handling and group movement — in Pakistan and on the ground in Makkah and Madinah.

Customer Services

The voice on the UAN line and WhatsApp. Pre-departure briefings, in-trip problems, and post-trip follow-up.

Finance & Accounts

Agent ledgers, supplier settlements in PKR and SAR, receivables, and the reconciliation that keeps a peak season from unravelling.

Technology

Our CRM and B2B booking portal are built and maintained in-house. Small team, direct ownership, features that go live in weeks.
